Best Exercises to Burn Fat

That is too low, try at least 1900, considering your weight. Also, drop the green tea, at least too often. Teas are diuretic and will not help with the eight glasses of water, you will need to increase your water consumption for each glass of tea you drink. Doesn't sound like much, but that much water is very hard to drink everyday.

depends on the person and what type of running you do. But in general running increases metabolism which then burns fat. Make sure you get plenty of sleep so youll have enough energy to run again tomorrow.

I find the best exercises are ones that you enjoy most because it is easier to keep up with a routine. Any movement is good. Dance while you houseclean, take the baby in a stroller for a walk, join a yoga class - anything that fits your lifestyle and is something that you will look forward to. If you don't like to do it, you are less likely to do it regularly.

Yeah..good post!I have read all the replies and I can't differentiate from them..all are good..Today everyone wants to be in a perfect shape..they do any thing for that..fad diets, skipping of meal..but it affects badly on their health..Even people use diet pills..I don't say these are wrong but without information it could be dangerous..I think with the right information one can get best diet pills..right?

These are some great things to do to lose weight and burn a lot of calories fast. When i was going through my divorce i put on a lot of weight. When i was getting break up advice from my counselor her said i should focus more on my health. He have me some basic things to do at home but your list of things to do really helps me out. Great list! I have actually tried some of the things on your list. I started running stairs but i noticed that was hard on my feet so i stopped doing that. I found out that swimming is working the best for me at the moment.
